Revised Core ASP.NET Course from Object Innovations
October 17, 2006.
Object Innovations today released a new
revision of its comprehensive five-day courses in ASP.NET, using .NET 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005.
The new revision completes a thorough update of the courseeware to ASP.NET 2.0, making
the presentation seamless. In place of a second module on ASP.NET 2.0, this material is
now integrated. The sequencing of chapters has been adjusted somewhat. There could be viable two,
three and four day courses by truncating after six, nine and twelve chapters respectively.
The courses includes coverage of new features in ASP.NET 2.0 such as master pages, new data binding,
themes and skins, personalization, and Web parts.
Earlier four-day courseware covering ASP.NET in .NET 1.1 remains available.
The ASP.NET course is part of Object Innovations’ core .NET curriculum, which consists
of non-overlapping courses covering in depth important topics in .NET technology.
Parallel tracks are offered in C# and Visual Basic. The diagram shows the core courses in
.NET programming using C#.

In addition to the core curriculum, Object Innovations has recently introduced a
ten-course curriculum of .NET courses in C# designed to help students preparing for
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
certification in .NET 2.0.
With the introduction of a new course in
XML Web Application Using C#,
this new MCTS curriculum is now complete.
The complete .NET curriculum, including core courses, MCTS courses and additional .NET courses,
is described in the PDF-formatted
.NET Curriculum Guide.
Shipments of the new courseware begin immediately.
