If you have not purchased Object Innovations courseware before, please contact us by telephone. Our telephone numbers are given below.

We will discuss the details of your order with you, and we'll explain the various options that are available to you for payment and shipping.


If you are an existing Object Innovations customer. . .

You may submit your order by email or by fax if you have a purchase order on file with us that covers the cost of your order. In your email or fax, please include the following information:

• The date on which you are placing the order
• Name and address of company placing the order
• Name, phone number, and email address of person placing the order
• The course number, course name, and quantity for each course that you are ordering
• The address to which the courseware is to be shipped
• The date when you need to receive the order
• If you want to pay the shipping charges yourself, please provide your Federal Express account number, Airborne account number, etc. Otherwise, we will apply shipping charges to your invoice.

If you do not have a purchase order on file with us to cover the cost of your order, please fax a purchase order that has been signed by a company officer or manager with purchase authority. On the purchase order, please include all of the information above, and also include the address to which you want us to send the invoice.
